    @Orchard is seeking a seasoned Enterprise System Architect to lead and oversee the architecture of our Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions and program. As an Enterprise System Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, compliance, and successful operation of ICAM systems. The ideal candidate will possess 7 years of experience in ICAM, hold a CISSP certification, and demonstrate advanced skills in ForgeRock IDM and ForgeRock AM. Additionally, experience in DISA Key Recovery Authority, DISA Local Registration Authority, DISA PureBred, DISA Registration Authority, and ITIL v4 is essential. As the Enterprise Architect you will:
      • Architect and oversee the design of robust and scalable ICAM solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
      • Lead and manage the ICAM program, ensuring performance, compliance, and adherence to security standards.
      • Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of ICAM strategies.
      • Conduct regular status reporting on the ICAM program, including performance metrics, compliance status, and key achievements.
      • Oversee issue resolution within the ICAM environment, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
      • Manage and coordinate Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities for ICAM systems.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ICAM solutions with other enterprise systems.
      • Provide expertise in ForgeRock IDM and ForgeRock AM, with a focus on advanced skills and customization.
      • Act as a subject matter expert in DISA Key Recovery Authority, DISA Local Registration Authority, DISA PureBred, and DISA Registration Authority processes.
      • Apply ITIL v4 principles to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ICAM operations.
    Your background will include:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). Certified Information
    • Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is required.
    • Advanced skills in ForgeRock IDM and ForgeRock AM.
    • Experience with DISA Key Recovery Authority, DISA Local Registration Authority, DISA PureBred, and DISA Registration Authority processes.
    • Strong understanding of ICAM principles, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
    • Demonstrated success in overseeing and managing large-scale ICAM programs. ITIL v4 certification is highly desirable.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and coordinate teams.
    • Proven ability to architect and design complex ICAM solutions.
    • Proven experience in managing and coordinating Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities for ICAM systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex ICAM issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
    • Adaptable to evolving technologies and security threats.
    • Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
