We are looking for a balance accountant m/f/d for our company in the service sector in Bocholt, North Rhine-Westphalia. In this position, you will be responsible for carrying out accounting and financial tasks as well as preparing annual financial statements.

Tasks as a balance accountant:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Monitoring of payment transactions and dunning procedures
  • Account reconciliations and clarification of discrepancies
  • Contact person for tax issues and support of external auditors
  • Participation in the optimization of existing processes in the financial sector

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training with further training as a balance accountant
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a service-oriented company
  • Sound knowledge of common accounting programs and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of DATEV
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Teamwork and communication skills
