We are looking for:

As part of direct placement, we are searching for an Automation Engineer (m/f/d) Maintenance for one of the top employers in Saarland.

Starting immediately in Saarbrücken.

Your tasks:

  • Repairs of automated systems and robotic systems
  • Replacement of electronic components and corresponding PLC changes
  • Development and implementation of new technologies in the areas of control, software standards, recovery procedures, condition monitoring, and robotics for automated systems
  • Management of PLC and other databases, administration and evaluation
  • Training and instruction of new employees

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Automation Technology or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge in programming Simatic, Sinumerik, and Beckhoff controllers, as well as robot applications (KUKA/ABB/Epson)
  • Experience in hardware projection according to machine guidelines and standards
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel globally for business trips
