Business Analyst SAP - Warehouse and Distribution

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Analyzes business processes and recommends improvements aligned with best practices with the assigned functional modules.
+ Gather master data requirements and strategies to support supply chain and manufacturing transition into SAP.
+ Assist in developing a plan for every part from dock to stock.
+ Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements.
+ Work closely with Programmers to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices.
+ Develop and document a project test plan. Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release.
+ Collaborates in planning, design, development and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
+ Stay informed of advances and pertinent changes in software technologies that may translate into process improvements.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of 3 years related experience required.
+ Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Managment, Supply Chain or related field is required. _Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED_
+ Previous experience with SAP modules EWM, WM, and IM
+ Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are necessary.
+ Occasional travel is required.
