    HRIS Analyst Position at Crown Equipment Corporation

    Location: New Bremen, OH, US

    • Responsibilities
      • Analyzing Operations
        • Collaborate with HR staff to enhance efficiencies through HRIS expertise and business practices.
        • Lead sessions to develop business requirements and functionality enhancements.
        • Evaluate system impacts and recommend effective HR procedures.
        • Participate in designing new system functionalities and modifications.
        • Assist in testing new functionalities and maintaining system documentation.
        • Lead analyses on electronic signatures and data storage integration.
      • Support
        • Provide HRIS support for strategic reporting initiatives.
        • Troubleshoot user issues and ensure data accuracy.
        • Document user requirements and liaise with Information Systems staff for problem resolution.
      • Security Administration
        • Maintain employee data confidentiality and manage user permissions.
    • Qualifications
      • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
      • Associate degree preferred or 6+ years of experience with a high school diploma or GED.
    • Preferred Qualifications
      • Experience with Human Capital Management software, Applicant Tracking Software, and reporting tools.
      • Understanding of HRMS database design and web technologies.
      • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
      • Prior exposure to project management activities and SAP Certification.
