- Responsibilities
- Analyzing Operations
- Collaborate with HR staff to enhance efficiencies through HRIS expertise and business practices.
- Lead sessions to develop business requirements and functionality enhancements.
- Evaluate system impacts and recommend effective HR procedures.
- Participate in designing new system functionalities and modifications.
- Assist in testing new functionalities and maintaining system documentation.
- Lead analyses on electronic signatures and data storage integration.
- Support
- Provide HRIS support for strategic reporting initiatives.
- Troubleshoot user issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Document user requirements and liaise with Information Systems staff for problem resolution.
- Security Administration
- Maintain employee data confidentiality and manage user permissions.
- Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree preferred or 6+ years of experience with a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Human Capital Management software, Applicant Tracking Software, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of HRMS database design and web technologies.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior exposure to project management activities and SAP Certification.
