Essential Duties:
Provide outstanding customer service to families. Send marketing materials and follow up via telephone to set appointments to assist with the creation of their memorial. Review details to ensure delivery timelines are met. Keep files organized and easily accessible. Other administrative duties as necessary.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
