Your mission:

As Product Owner, Douglas, AL, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our product, LetMeShip.

Working closely with our Product Team of seven engineers and internal stakeholders, you will take ownership of driving the product forward.

In collaboration with your fellow Product colleagues in a newly formed team, you will design and facilitate the framework needed to achieve our product vision and goals, following an ambitious roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking responsibility for maintaining existing features and implementing new functionalities on our platform and associated systems, including:
Investigating issues
Collaborating with users to gather requirements for our engineers
Addressing inquiries from engineers and users
Coauthoring test cases with users
Conducting feature tests with users or providing support for their execution
Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and groom the backlog
Planning and overseeing releases
Working with the Product Team Lead to continuously review and improve team processes, with a focus on:
Test management
Prioritization processes
Knowledge sharing within the product team
Stakeholder management
Facilitating product team rituals

What you need to succeed:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong understanding of technical concepts
Fluent in both German and English
Able to work in our Hamburg office for at least 3 days per week
