The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for the operations of a portfolio of hotels throughout the country. This person oversees the property level General Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and team member satisfaction. Magna currently has a portfolio of 65 hotels and over 20,000 rooms in most major urban markets throughout the country. The portfolio tends to affiliate with major brands including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt and operates within the full service, lifestyle, and select service segments.

This position will be based out of our Warwick Rhode Island office.

Demonstrated leadership skills and excellence as a facilitator, mentor and manager are required. They will have the financial acumen and deep understanding of property operations to instill confidence and demonstrate credibility in the eyes of the Company's financial partners and investors. S/he must have a demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable for strong performance in all areas including financial, guest service, employee engagement and owner relations.
