- Identify, analyze, design, and implement Oracle EBS system enhancements
- Transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to Oracle vision and roadmap to support business goals
- Research and understand Oracle current and future technology, provide best practices to reduce total cost of ownership and meet business goals
- Manage ERP system interfaces
- Manage technical and functional Oracle Service Requests
- Provide sound testing strategies that will improve system enhancement delivery processes
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure system enhancements works as designed
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
- Desire to mentor team members
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic and team oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and still stay focused on release priorities
- A Bachelors of Science Degree
- 1 + years experience in Project Management and/or Application Development
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel/Visio/PowerPoint)
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle patch processes
- SQL knowledge/experience
- Strong Oracle technical expertise is required
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Positive attitude and independent thinker
- Internal candidates must outside of Casciano/Gabriel organizations
- A Bachelors of Science degree in IT Systems or relevant technical degree
- 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions
- Experience capturing business requirements, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing solutions with Oracle ERP
