Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Manager to join our team.

As a Restoration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the restoration industry.


Duties:

• Manage and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish
• Assess damage and develop restoration plans
• Oversee the execution of restoration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process
• Supervise a team of restoration technicians and provide guidance as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of project details, including documentation of work performed and materials used
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in restoration techniques

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the restoration industry
• Proficiency in mold remediation, asbestos abatement, carpet cleaning, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and other related areas
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work
• Ability to problemsolve and make sound decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in restoration projects

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.


Pay:
$46, $67,000.00 per year

• Restoration: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
