HR Controller - Melissa, United States - Apex Dynamics
Description
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive participation in the development and implementation of a global HR software system, including the derivation of standardized HR metrics and analyses
- Collaboration in the further development and harmonization of the HR system landscape and its functionalities in relation to global HR controlling
- Extensive development of operational and strategic personnel controlling
- Creation, analysis, and commentary of relevant global HR KPIs as well as their preparation for HR, managers, and the executive board
- Provision of personnel provisions and necessary information for annual personnel cost and budget planning
What you bring:
- Business administration degree, preferably with a focus on finance/controlling
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and HCM as well as a high level of IT affinity ideally experience in implementing a metricsoriented HRM software
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Conscientious and careful handling of sensitive data
- Independent and structured work style combined with analytical thinking and a good dose of pragmatism
- Enjoyment of working in an international environment and willingness to occasionally travel for business purposes.
