    Location:
    Baltimore, MD | Lanham, MD

    Job Type:
    Full-time, On-site

    Salary Range:
    $80,000 - $110,000 per year (Flexible based on experience)

    Required Experience:
    4-7 years of experience in either water and sewer design or transportation design
    Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred for respective positions
    WSSC (Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission) experience preferred for water and sewer design position
    Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking two experienced Civil Project Engineers/Designers to join our team in Baltimore, MD, and Lanham, MD.

    These positions offer an opportunity to work on diverse civil engineering projects, including water and sewer systems or transportation infrastructure.

    The ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of experience in their respective fields and possess strong
    technical skills in design and project management.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including planning, design, and construction phases
    Conduct site visits, field surveys, and assessments to gather necessary data and information
    Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
    Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses for water and sewer systems or transportation projects
    Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and regulatory compliance is maintained
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members as needed

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    4-7 years of experience in water and sewer design or transportation design
    Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred for respective positions
    WSSC experience preferred for water and sewer design position
    Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation
    Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
