- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
- Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
- Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment such as rotary machines, extractors, and other floor polishing and carpet cleaning equipment
- Shampoo carpets and polish many variations of hard floor surfaces
- Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
- Perform other job‐related duties as requested
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Has in possession or is able to obtain a Drivers License
- Has experience with shampooing, polishing, and maintenance of various floor surfaces and materials
- Is comfortable with heights and operating scissor lifts
- Has the ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Is able to work On Call and varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
- Has the ability to work safely, including understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions; this also includes being aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and addressing quickly and efficiently
- Is able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Has excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Maintains a professional, neat and well‐groomed appearance adhering to company standards
