Duties:


  • Manage and coordinate all administrative functions within the clinic
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO and utilization management
  • Handle financial responsibilities including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
  • Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care delivery
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dental office, hospital, or veterinary clinic
  • Proficiency in office management software such as Epic
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
$62, $75,361.03 per year
