To strengthen our IT team at our Kronberg or Reutlingen location, we are looking for an ERP system and application support specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • First and second level support for the ERP system
  • Management of IT tickets in the ticket system
  • Design, optimization, and further development of business processes in collaboration with departments
  • User and rights management
  • Ensuring smooth operation of the ERP system through the implementation of suitable measures, troubleshooting, or coordination with service providers for system restoration
  • Support and management of IT projects
  • Preparation and documentation of relevant information on processes in the ERP system
  • Creation and automation of existing processes/reports for our departments
  • Conducting upgrades of the ERP system, databases, and operating systems
  • Providing expert advice to our internal customers on the implementation of new processes and program functionalities, as well as support with setup
  • Creation of training materials for ERP and related applications, as well as conducting training for employees

Your qualifications:


  • Completed IT apprenticeship, IT degree, or equivalent experience in ERP project management
  • Proficient in handling business processes in the ERP application
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (Navision)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server, SQL databases
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office applications
  • Programming skills are a plus
