Job Description

As a Salesforce Business Analyst (m/w/x), you will support our clients in their digital transformation and harmonization of their business processes, as well as their digital customer experience using Salesforce.

Your Responsibilities

You will design enterprise-wide platform ecosystems using Salesforce to achieve our clients' business model goals.

Your data analysis and understanding of Salesforce's connectivity will enable our clients to efficiently utilize their "backbone" with Salesforce standard features and future-proof customizations.

End-to-end consulting - you will work with technical architects to define and manage customizations, Salesforce standards, and the "backbone" in productive releases.

The international Aviando team collaborates with you to find innovative solutions for strategic challenges and implement industry-specific requirements using Salesforce Clouds and digital products.
