You are...

As an Service Assistant you play a key role in managing the flow of instruments, parts, and paperwork in the service department.

The base salary range for this position is $ $22.50 per hour. The office schedule is M-F 8:30am - 5.00pm. We offer full benefits, a profit sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Your responsibilities include:

Initiating, processing, and finalizing service tickets, orders, and invoices
Managing the rental instrument fleet
Routing goods to the correct warehouse location and departments
Communicating with customers on repair status and account information
Answering and routing phone calls
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
2 years experience in administrative support in a fastpaced environment
Ownership of assigned cases and detailoriented mindset
