Description

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Repair or replace damaged hardware
  • Upgrade or update software
  • Travel to other offices to provide support if needed
  • Troubleshoot software issues
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the IT manager
  • Keeping systems operating efficiently by performing any necessary upgrades and repairs
  • Training or directing users on the correct use of software and hardware
  • Provide support for Salesforce
  • Provide support Office 365

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
years of system administration, or network administration experience

  • Microsoft and other IT certifications are a plus
  • Working knowledge of virtualization, Hyper-V, VMware, or equivalent is a plus
  • Knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Have experience working with Office 365, Exchange Online, and AAD is a plus
