Estimator of Doors, Hardware, Millwork
Our estimators play an important role in the development of project estimates of various sizes and complexities. The position is focused on the preparation of complete and accurate estimates that include doors, hardware, millwork and installation. These positions remain available in North Phoenix, Arizona.


Responsibilities

• Reviews and understands all project bid documents including specifications, plans, drawings and associated information.
• Develops bid packages and prepares them for ontime submission.
• Determines work scopes and performs accurate takeoffs.
• Contacts suppliers to procure project quotes and information.
• Communicates with clients and project owners regarding estimates and projects.
• Keep files and bid documents for reference and historical date maintenance.
• Helps project management teams with change order and extra work pricing.
• Accurately maintains all internal software programs.

Abilities

• Works on multiple bids simultaneously in a fastpaced, constantly changing work environment.
• Is a selfstarter and highly motivated to meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management. Has excellent followup skills.
• Has excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Bluebeam Revu.
• Seeks out internal experts and utilizes their knowledge.

Pay:
$ $37.00 per hour
