Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of employees in your territory's specialty stores and enjoy developing and leading them to success.
You plan and create the annual budget for the specialty stores in collaboration with our management and are responsible for the sales and cost management of your territory.
You skillfully utilize our marketing tools and initiate additional marketing activities at the local level.
You conduct potential analyses and support your team in daily operations to solve operational challenges.
You ensure our internal quality management.

Your profile:

You have a completed degree or relevant vocational training.
You have several years of professional experience in a similar position with consultingintensive products.
You impress with your sales affinity and leadership qualities.
You have a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
You possess excellent time and selfmanagement skills and are willing to travel within your territory.
You are fluent in German and enjoy exchanging ideas with international colleagues.
