    Description

    Job Title: Technical Lead

    Company: Diverse Lynx LLC

    • Technical lead experience in Core Java, MQ, and Web Services; Informatica experience is a plus.
    • 8+ years of experience in the required technology.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge in JSP, HTML, CSS, Web Services.
    • Experience with WebSphere and deployment processes.
    • Proficiency in creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
    • Version control using Bitbucket for code versioning.
    • Basic understanding of DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins.
    • Skills in data serialization and deserialization using JSON/XML.
    • Familiarity with Web Components such as custom elements and HTML templates.
    • Essential knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end development.
    • Expertise in integrating with back-end services using RESTful APIs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Unit Testing: Proficient in JavaScript testing frameworks and tools.
    • Accessibility: Understanding of WAI-ARIA standards for web app accessibility.
    • Debugging: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
    • Design Patterns: Knowledge of common design patterns relevant to each stack.
    • Security: Understanding of web application vulnerabilities and best security practices.
    • Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with application monitoring tools and practices.
    • Effective communication and technical documentation skills.
