For our Security department, we are looking for a:


Team Assistant (m/f/d) for the Security Department

permanent position

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Security department manager in all administrative processes
  • Independently creating invoices for the departments
  • Managing orders
  • Managing the time accounts of the Security department
  • Coordinating appointments within the department
  • Representing the team assistant of another department
  • Acting as an evacuation assistant and possibly a first responder for the Security department

Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Teamwork skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
