Installation, Maintenance & Support for security related systems & AV solutions.

What you will do

Utilizing Holy Name IT ticketing system to work on assigned incident and project based tasks
Collaborating with internal staff and outside vendors on project based tasks
Involved in the planning and design of future security and AV projects
Available for after hours emergency work/repair
All other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

High School Diploma Required

Experience Qualifications

46 years Experience in a customer service role in a professional environment. Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Low Voltage
CCTV
Access Control
Alarm architecture and logic
Computer hardware/software installation and configuration

Licenses and Certifications

Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI) Upon Hire Preferred
