Responsibilities Accomplishes required procurement and catalog direction based on actual and anticipated needs. Provide direct input of mission requirements to support supply planning efforts. Implement accurate order fulfillment and expediting techniques. Develop concisely written messages, briefings and/or papers to inform leadership and/or influence supply actions. Identifies solutions to problems and implements recommendations for resolution. Anticipates potential problems and their implications. One year of specialized experience which includes executing inventory accuracy or reconciliation analysis techniques; providing input into rebuild or disposal direction; and coordinating repair strategies to initiate component repairs.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Grade Requirement:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).

This is a Logistics Career Field position. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. This position has a Data Analytics requirement.All requirements for Data Analytics level one (1) certification must be met within 12 months of being placed on the position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Position is designated non-critical sensitive as defined in DoD R.This requires that a personnel security investigation be adjudicated on a pre-appointment basis which may take up to 90 days or longer to process.
The selectee may be allowed to start work prior to adjudication if management approved. Obtaining and maintaining a secret security clearance is a condition of employment. If the security clearance is denied or revoked, the individual may be denied or removed from the position, accordingly. Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Career Field Position. This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Workforce position. Position may be filled as a temporary appointment NTE 1 year. Temporary appointments may be extended up to a maximum of three (3) years.Current permanent Federal employees (to include permanent Army Employees) applying for a temporary appointment will be appointed/converted into a temporary appointment with no statutory return rights back to a permanent position.
