Description

We are looking for a reliable Full Time, Client Coordinator and a Part Time Client Coordinator who exhibits exceptional knowledge of Medical Insurance Billing and reviewing of medical benefits for our current and potential clients.

We are in search of an outgoing, lively team player who can adapt to constructive criticism and feedback. This person will work well with our Office Administration and our back-office team.


Some Responsibilities Include:

Verifying commercial insurances:

• Be a strong communicator and innovative
• Payment posting
• Adding insurance information in Electonic health record
• Being a team player
• Manage insurance billing for both office locations through therapy notes software
• Ensure customer service is top priority when communicating insurance benefits
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, insurance, financial and other data
• A strong leader willing to learn and be a part of a thriving team

Skills

• Proven prior experience in medical insurance billing or a relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Must be able to review and interpret insurance EOB's
• Qualifications in Medical billing and coding will be an advantage
• High school diploma: BS/BA in Medical Insurance Information or relevant field is preferred
