Salary:

Job Overview: Our client, a dynamic and growing engineering firm located in Maitland, FL, is currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. This position is designed for a dedicated professional who possesses a solid foundation in civil engineering and is eager to advance their career in a supportive and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and practical experience, coupled with either a Professional Engineer (PE) license or an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers. Conduct site evaluations, prepare feasibility studies, and assess project requirements. Develop detailed designs using civil engineering software and methodologies. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective engineering solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in civil engineering.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools. Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PE License in Florida Experience in sustainable and environmentally responsible engineering practices. Active involvement in professional civil engineering societies or organizations.
