To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated individual as a Project Management Officer (m/f/d) for our Project and Change Management department as soon as possible.

Tasks

You define and monitor our project standards and continuously develop them together with stakeholders
You manage project and portfolio-related risk management and report findings to management
You support projects with project methodologies (IPMA, PMI, SAFe, Scrum, etc.) for the application of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
You support and coach project managers in project organization, project reporting and controlling
You maintain and review documentation and process requirements (templates, document storage, workflows) for project or program documentation
You ensure appropriate project documentation and provide advice on request for creating project orders
