Background:


Ardent Eagle Solutions is a service and mission-focused Small Business Headquartered in Tampa, Florida with a regional office in the National Capital Region (NCR) to provide technical services to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and other Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies.

The company was founded in 2012 by service-disabled veterans and experienced entrepreneurs with sixty years of combined government service including myriad assignments in the NCR and at USSOCOM and USCENTCOM.


Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base salary, with a substantial emphasis on commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for cleared roles, with a strong background in Federal government and DoD recruitment

  • Experience recruiting for both technical and professional services roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
