What are your main tasks?

As an engineer, your responsibilities as a construction manager in South Whitley include the following tasks:

  • Planning of "Simple Construction Measures" and construction projects [construction projects only on individual assignment] according to the new RBBau
  • Participation in property inspections and construction meetings; creation of construction requirement documentation
  • Commissioning of construction measures and construction projects from the construction administration or external service providers
  • Management of construction measures and construction projects [construction projects only on individual assignment]
  • Determination of planning and construction costs
  • Representation of the owner's interests and the role of the client
  • Consultation within the scope of the owner's function regarding costs for future operation
  • Conducting building condition surveys and evaluations using the software application AiBATROS

What do we expect?

  • Qualification:
  • Completed university degree (diploma (FH) or bachelor) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment, supply engineering, electrical engineering or another comparable technical field

Expertise:

  • Knowledge of public construction law (especially RBBau) and construction planning
