What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create innovative designs from concept (brief) to execution(launch) with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Art & Brand Director and lives within our Marketing Team. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for concept, art direction, and design for seasonal marketing campaigns, promotional content, and brand initiatives for RuffleButts + RuggedButts. The designer will also play a key part in developing and maintaining a strong visual brand identity across all marketing materials. This role requires a hybrid of strategic thinking and graphic design to create engaging visual experiences that position our brand as a children's clothing industry

• Design engaging and compelling graphics for print and digital media, such as website graphics, social media posts, paid media, email, and direct mail/brochures.
• Work closely with the Art & Brand Director to assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that reflect our brand identity, including brand values, voice, tone, visual style, logo usage, typography, color palette, and other key elements.
• In this role, you will collaborate with the creative, product, ecommerce, and marketing teams to execute evergreen and promotional stories across all channels.
• Your work will contribute to building a strong and recognizable brand that resonates with our target audience.
• Participate in ideation, design brainstorms, and creative/marketing reviews.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts and design executions (across all channels) that reinforce RuffleButts + RuggedButts' brand voice through its visual/digital touch points.
• Retouch and edit all forms of photography, including studio flats, model shots, and lifestyle imagery.
• Organize digital photography and own the distribution process to our marketing, ecommerce, and wholesale teams.
• Photograph flat photography of clothing for website and social media as needed.
• Stay up to date on the latest graphic design trends and software. Stay immersed in the world of design by constantly seeking. what is new, and are always in tune with our competitors, fashion, social media, and beyond.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, and a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with graphic design and with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional portfolio highlighting a variety of design projects.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, color, and typography .
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Proficient in video editing software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
• Proven success in a highly dynamic, growth-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative and team-focused.
• Winning attitude and competitive growth mindset.
• Experience with professional photography is preferred.
• Bonus: Experience with animation and motion graphics.
