The colleagues at the Bonn Service Center ensure the decentralized operation and troubleshooting of IT systems in and around Bonn, and are an essential part of our customer representation.

They also provide support for our IT operations in Bonn and Meckenheim, as well as contribute to internal and external projects.

Your tasks:


  • As a member of the Technical Operation department, ensure SLAcompliant processing of tickets and changes for standard hardware and software, as well as telephony and customerspecific IT solutions, taking into account both economic and customerrelated aspects
  • Operationally coordinate our warehouse logistics and standardize processes
  • Communicate about general and specific operational topics with suppliers, as well as colleagues from the Technical Field Services, deployment control, and other BWI internal departments
  • Receive, manage, and dispatch goods for the customer and inhouse operations, as well as responsibility for availability of goods and material
