    St. Clair Country Club is looking for motivated and talented Full Time Line Cooks. With multiple outlets, pastry kitchen and banquet operation, your development and learning is never ending.     St. Clair is offering competitive hourly wages and fantastic benefits to full time staff:

    The Club pays 80% of the health insurance expenses (eligible after 90 days).

    Hourly pay starts at $14-$20/hour, depending on your skill level.

    Golf privileges on certain days (with management approval)

    Free staff meals.

    401K after 1 year of service

    Paid Time Off for full time employees

    Christmas Bonus

    Receive $150 signing bonus after 90 days employment.

    Located eight miles from downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the South Hills, St. Clair Country Club is searching for motivated, reliable and passionate Line Cook. Our Team is committed to providing the highest quality dining, social, entertainment and recreational experiences to its 870 members and their families and guests. The Club operation is open year round, offers four a la carte Restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. During high season the club operates an active aquatic center with snack shop and bar. St. Clair Country Club offers multiple private dining and reception areas including the Ballroom that seats up to 240 people, the Crossroads Room which seats up to 100 people, the Alibi Room which seats up to 50 people and the Library that seats up to 30 people.

    **Job Description:**

    Gathers all supplies needed to prepare meals for afternoon or evening service.

    Prepares all food from menu using standard recipes in accordance with club standards

    Keeps station and cooking equipment clean

    Checks supplies needed for afternoon or evening service.

    Sets up, maintains and breaks down individual station

    Identifies product needs and requisitions items needed to prepare menu items

    Notifies Sous Chef in advance of expected shortages

    Maintains security and safety in work area

    Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times

    Adheres to local and state health and safety standards

    Maintains the highest sanitary standards

    Ensures that work area and equipment are clean and sanitary

    Covers, dates and neatly stores re-usable leftover products

    Assists with other duties as instructed by the Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef and the Executive Chef
