    Your main objective will be to build customer loyalty through exceptional service, from the initial interaction to the final billing stage. This will involve reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, proposing suitable solutions, and delivering compelling presentations to secure deals. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities that align with B&B's strategic goals. Collaborate with existing and past clients to uncover fresh leads and expand our customer base. Your ultimate aim will be to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving the growth of our business.

    Compensation:

    • Expected First-Year Earnings: $120,000+ Total
    • Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefits are available after 30 days

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with the client services team to create an optimal daily call schedule
    • Meet or exceed all sales objectives (e.g., forecast, margins, close rate, proposal accuracy, lead generation, and customer survey results)
    • Organize tasks based on commitments to internal team members and external customers, and sales funnel priorities (e.g., follow up on proposals, send follow-up notes/gifts, check in on satisfaction with work progress, etc.)
    • Pre-plan the day's calls in detail prior to arrival at the prospect property (call goals, materials, presentations needed, any previously gathered information)
    • Conduct in-person prospect problem-solving meetings. Ask discovery and confirmation questions. Propose and document solutions
    • Create estimates and proposals based on prospect needs while attaining company profitability objectives
    • Expedite previously submitted proposals to protect prospective businesses from competitors
    • Engage with current customers to demonstrate care and to ensure satisfaction with the work being performed
    • Perform required administrative functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and marketing
    • Perpetually sharpen personal selling and customer service skills by taking advantage of all training and education opportunities offered by the company
    • Conduct lead-generating activities to load the sales funnel (e.g., ask for/follow up on referrals, leave collateral, call former customers)
    • Execute other tasks and duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
    • Knowledge of the home improvement industry
    • Great at time management and know how to set priorities and follow up on commitments
    • An excellent verbal and written communicator – you smile in voice and in your written word
    • Competitive attitude | Winning attitude. Must want to be #1
    • Resilient - handles disappointment, correction, and rejection while maintaining effectiveness
    • Strong problem-solver and effective analytical skills
    • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
    • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell - not easily intimidated
    • Shows up to work every day with a great attitude and a desire to solve problems
    • Have great communication skills and a willingness to work hard
    • Be committed to lead generation
    • Be available to work nights and weekends when necessary
    • Proficient with Google Workspace Suite or related software
    • Valid Driver's license required
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
