Hotel Room Service/In-Room Dining Cast Members bring the Magic of Disney Dining directly to Guests' hotel rooms.

Cast Members are responsible for ensuring proper assembly of Guests' orders, delivering meals to Guest Rooms, setting up dining area in the room, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Read receipts and prepares the order for the Guests
Ensure that food presentation is fresh and up to quality standards
Deliver orders to Guest rooms efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of their workspace and delivery area
Provide exceptional Guest Service to all Hotel Guests
Set up dining area in Guest rooms

Basic Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age
1+ years of serving experience in upscale environment
Knowledge of food presentation and quality standards
Demonstrated excellent Guest Service and service recovery abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Sense of urgency and desire to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Adept at troubleshooting and can calmly handle difficult situations
Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment Initiative to own and resolve Guest situations

Preferred Qualifications:

Alcohol Awareness Training (i.e. RVP, TIPS or equivalent)
Previous Room Service/ In Room Dining work experience
Previous work experience in a fastpaced, highvolume work environment

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.

Scheduling will require availability to work weekends, holidays, and have a flexible schedule when business requires.
