Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
• Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and negotiations
• Provide legal administrative support to senior attorneys
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client representation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
• Proven experience in legal research, writing, and litigation
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Legal drafting and Legal administrative tasks
