Description

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct health assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Document patient information, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
• Experience in family planning, acute pain management, health coaching, specimen collection processing, sterile processing, gastric lavage, and coding is preferred.
• Knowledge of the DSL (Data Soft Logic) system is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Current state RN license.
