- Handling day-to-day employee benefit tasks, such as addressing queries, establishing processes for new hires and open enrollment, managing qualifying event adjustments, and overseeing beneficiary selections and terminations.
- Supervising and executing leave of absence programs like parental leave, FMLA, short/long-term disability, and workers' compensation. Ensuring leave eligibility and appropriate return-to-work procedures.
- Planning and executing employee gatherings and acknowledgment events to nurture a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Creating, acquiring, delivering, and monitoring various employee training initiatives.
- Aiding in reviewing, developing, and revising employee communications, policies, manuals, and different plan records.
- Organizing employee acknowledgment programs and carrying out employee surveys.

- Prior recruitment exposure is a plus.
