How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant's Success


You will be a key part of the company's S&OP (Sales and Operational Planning), ensuring alignment across the organization and driving the business to maximize financial performance.

Specifically, you will own management of the demand planning process which will require you to work cross-functionally and have an in-depth understanding of our strategies, customers, and products.

Given your in-depth understanding of the business, you will also provide market analysis, pricing and margin analyses, and customer and product portfolio analyses.

You will also develop and monitor KPI's and continuously improve the S&OP process.


The FP&A Analyst is an onsite position located in North Phoenix (19th
Ave & 101)

Salary is dependent upon experience/education ranging from $90,000 - $130,000

What You Will Do

  • Partner across the organization to align demand with financial targets, commercial initiatives, new product development timelines and operational constraints
  • Work closely with Marketing/Sales/R&D to forecast new business opportunities that come in via the Sales Funnel and New Product Development process
  • Seamless communication with Scheduling and Manufacturing on significant forecast or capacity changes in a clear and timely manner
  • Prepare the monthly Demand Review deck
  • Maintain and improve the Demand Planning file for the company via collaboration with Sales and Marketing, ensuring that SKU level forecasts, customer orders, and new product forecasts are correctly included in the aggregate demand plan
  • Drive continuous improvement of demand planning and S&OP processes by collaborating with different functions and the executive team
  • Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc analyses and reports around pricing, product and portfolio segmentation, inventory and new business opportunities
  • Document significant assumptions, adjustments, and actions within the monthly Demand Plan
  • Review and analyze the forecasted demand versus actuals, understand variances, trends, and recommend/assign actions to improve performance and forecast accuracy
  • Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings.

What Qualifications You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field is required. Master level degree is a plus.
  • 57 years of FP&A experience, with experience in Demand or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience in profitability analysis and business case creation, including complex financial modeling within MS Excel
  • Strong organization, facilitation, and communication skills
  • High proficiency in MS Excel (designing, modeling, graphing, automation, pivoting, reporting, analyzing) and comfort in dealing with large amounts of data
  • Ability to convert data into information and recommendations, and to drive subsequent action across the organization

  • Drive KPI metrics for forecast accuracy, customer bookings and customer satisfaction
  • Continuous improvement in data processing, reporting, presentation, and analysis
  • Be the voice for Finance in driving strategic directions and execution of processes

Who You Will Partner With

  • Frequent communication with Finance Director and Controller to ensure financial goals and objectives are achieved
  • Regular communication and followup with crossfunctional team members (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, R&D, Planning) to ensure that all demand at SKU level flows from the Demand Planning process and into the Supply Planning process with all the details in a structured and timely manner

Where You Will Work
Full Time position (40 hours or more) based in Arizona. Hours may include evenings and weekends to perform tasks outlined in the job description.
