Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff management
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent guest services
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assistant management or hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong background in revenue management and budgeting
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to team management
- Proficiency in hospitality management software is a plus
- Multilingual skills preferred to cater to diverse guest needs
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
