Responsibilities:


  • Utilize excellent QuickBooks Online skills to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle invoicing and maintain records of payments.
  • Categorize and document expenses efficiently.
  • Generate financial reports and provide updates to the CEO as required.
  • Manage communication with vendors and ensure timely payments.
  • Support the office by taking charge of tasks to alleviate workload from management.
  • Check and manage insurance documentation as needed.
  • Ensure all documents are properly documented and organized.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and management to find the best deals and pricing.
  • Assist the property manager and assistant project manager with administrative tasks.
  • Proficiently navigates Excel and MS Office for various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:


  • Must have excellent QuickBooks Online experience.
  • Prior experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Common sense approach to problemsolving.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • CPA certification is not required but preferred.
