_Special Needs Teaching Assistant (ESE) _

Learning Without Limits is seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to assist with Home School services

Learning Without Limits follows an out of the box approach encompassing discrete trial and functional communication training, social skills, and parent training.

Our approach is client centered and play based. We are looking for an energetic, active, and well-rounded applicants.

*Applicants MUST be able able to lift 40lbs.

• At LWL, we offer on the job training, including nocost supervision We are a small based practice, owned by a BCBA herself_

Full and part time opportunities available

Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 or in a group classroom setting with students
• Monitor and report changes in client symptoms or behaviors
• Communicate and collaborate with professionals on staff and those included in the clients behavior plan

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with the special needs population preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients as well as parents/caregivers
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
