We are currently looking for an IT Support / Helpdesk Employee (m/f/d) to join our team in Meckenheim.

Your tasks:
Providing personal, ticket system, and telephone support for hardware and software issues Managing / configuring laptops & desktops, printers, as well as our telephone systems and phones Documenting installations and problem solutions Contributing to the development of ideas to improve IT processes Installing and testing new software Knowledge of Windows systems and applications (Windows, O365, ...)

Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN) Good technical understanding Your profile:
