  • Entrylevel real estate admin job.
  • Requires some experience with leases, bills, and renewals.
  • QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
  • Responsibilities: handle lease agreements, process bills, manage renewals.
  • Must be detailoriented and organized.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terms and practices.
  • Experience with financial software like QuickBooks.
  • Comfortable with data entry and paperwork.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous real estate or property management experience a plus.
  • Must be Bilingual.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
