- Entrylevel real estate admin job.
- Requires some experience with leases, bills, and renewals.
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
- Responsibilities: handle lease agreements, process bills, manage renewals.
- Must be detailoriented and organized.
- Basic understanding of real estate terms and practices.
- Experience with financial software like QuickBooks.
- Comfortable with data entry and paperwork.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous real estate or property management experience a plus.
- Must be Bilingual.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
