Together with our client, we are currently seeking a
Team Leader 1st-Level Support (m/f/d) for their location in Bad Mergentheim.

This is a permanent position with our client.


What you can expect

  • You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of seven in 1stlevel support
  • Developing and promoting the team will be part of your responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and developing processes
  • Together with your team, you will plan and implement projects
  • You will act as the interface to the helpdesk in India and external service providers

What you bring

  • You have at least three years of experience as a leader
  • Ideally, you have IT knowledge and have worked in a helpdesk role before
  • You are a strong communicator and open to new topics, with a selfsufficient work style
  • In addition to fluent German, you have excellent English skills for communication with colleagues in India
