Your Day

  • You are responsible for designing the daily routine of the children in your group, taking into account their individual needs and the diversity within the group
  • You apply a situational approach in your pedagogical work to provide optimal development opportunities for the children
  • You actively promote the children's development and document individual educational topics
  • You establish and maintain a trusting partnership with parents to ensure holistic care and support
  • You work interdisciplinary with occupational therapists, speech therapists, or physiotherapists
  • Your creative ideas are valued - bring in your suggestions and actively shape activities, the mission statement, and quality assurance of the daycare center

Your Hours

You will work 39 hours per week. Your working hours are Monday to Thursday from 07:00 - 16:30 and Fridays from
