We are currently seeking a Business Unit Manager (m/f/d), 100%, for our Department of Children, Youth and Family, in the area of Childcare Financing, at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing, managing and leading employees
Further development of the Childcare Financing business unit, currently with 11 employees
Collaboration and coordination with the Competence Area Manager

We expect from you:

A degree in Bachelor of Arts
Public Management or a comparable degree
Several years of professional experience in the field of economic youth welfare or similar fields of work
Experience in leadership and management skills are desirable
Cooperation and negotiation skills as well as resilience
Commitment and assertiveness
Knowledge in the areas of social, administrative and civil law, as well as very good IT skills, preferably in the specialist program Prosoz 14+
