We are currently seeking a Business Unit Manager (m/f/d), 100%, for our Department of Children, Youth and Family, in the area of Childcare Financing, at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Organizing, managing and leading employees
  • Further development of the Childcare Financing business unit, currently with 11 employees
  • Collaboration and coordination with the Competence Area Manager

We expect from you:


  • A degree in Bachelor of Arts
  • Public Management or a comparable degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of economic youth welfare or similar fields of work
  • Experience in leadership and management skills are desirable
  • Cooperation and negotiation skills as well as resilience
  • Commitment and assertiveness
  • Knowledge in the areas of social, administrative and civil law, as well as very good IT skills, preferably in the specialist program Prosoz 14+
