We are currently seeking a Business Unit Manager (m/f/d), 100%, for our Department of Children, Youth and Family, in the area of Childcare Financing, at the earliest possible date.
Reference number 84/23/408Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing, managing and leading employees
- Further development of the Childcare Financing business unit, currently with 11 employees
- Collaboration and coordination with the Competence Area Manager
We expect from you:
- A degree in Bachelor of Arts
- Public Management or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in the field of economic youth welfare or similar fields of work
- Experience in leadership and management skills are desirable
- Cooperation and negotiation skills as well as resilience
- Commitment and assertiveness
- Knowledge in the areas of social, administrative and civil law, as well as very good IT skills, preferably in the specialist program Prosoz 14+
