Overview:
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals
- Oversee daytoday operations, including managing staff, supervising activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the branch's customer base
- Lead sales efforts and monitor performance metrics to achieve profit targets
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
