Description

As a member of the Cloud Customer Enablement team, you will be working to manage internal projects and develop content to assist customers to meet their compliance requirements.

The role requires coordination between the different teams such as product strategy, product management, development, system operations, security, legal, and other organizations.

Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written), positive attitude, team player and ability to work independently.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of related experience
Proficient in MS Office Tools
Project and relationship management skills
Be comfortable with ambiguity, consistent change, and strong critical thinking skills.
Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, cando attitude.
Works independently with mínimal supervision required and can lead crossfunctional teams to complete projects and initiatives using judgment, experience, and leadership skills.

Career Level - IC- Plan and manage internal projects for customer engagement programs.

Write compliance content such as advisories, letters, communications, presentations.
Collaborate with the team and other organizations to improve customer engagement processes and practices.
Communicate updates and status to the business.
Determine key performance indicators and working with the program leads to determine how to measure each programs' performance.
