ERP Analyst


Responsibilities:


  • Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and customizations.
  • Implement and test ERP system updates, patches, and new modules.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with endusers to understand their needs and translate them into ERP system solutions.
  • Provide technical support to endusers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving systemrelated problems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on ERP system usage and best practices.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with external vendors and consultants as needed for system integrations or specialized projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Manage ERP to Web platform orders
  • Review incoming orders in Web platform (CityHive)
  • Check inventory in website against NetSuite
  • Create inventory transfers in based on the orders
  • Approve orders in web platform and fulfill
  • Payment management on the Web platform
  • Ensure orders transfer properly between ERP and Web
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in ERP system management.
  • Provide needed analysis and reporting as requested for special projects, create tools to provide needed assessments.
  • Maintain department documentation as necessary. Review, resolve and provide any needed documentation for audits and questions.
  • Research and analyze current product and supplier data files for set up decisions.
  • Update department spreadsheets with new supplier information and price/freight information.
  • Analyze report data to confirm change is reasonable, accurate and no locations or items were missed.
  • Reconcile costing variances in Prompt accurately and timely
  • Research Negative inventory disputes identifying cause and take appropriate action for resolution.
ERP Analyst Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful ERP system implementations and support.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and related modules.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software is a plus.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Skills to include Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficient ability to work closely with internal/external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems and provide creative solutions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to organize, coordinate, and direct others

$50, $65,000.00 per year
