Hi All,

Priority RN Nursing Services is a healthcare staffing agency located in Carlsbad, CA.


We have been asked to recruit one full time OR Scrub Tech to work at an outpatient surgery center in Kearny Mesa.

They primarily do orthopedic cases - knees, elbows, shoulders, hips, carpal tunnels.

Must be able to independently scrub all ortho cases.

They also do total joints -knees and hips - they will train for these.

Schedule is Mon to Fri...6a/630a start x 6-8 hours per scheduled cases.

Our cancellation policy is they need to cancel within 12 hours of start of shift, or you'll receive 6 hours of pay.

Pay is $44.12 to $45.88 per hour. Minimum of 32 hours per week.

90 day contract

Opportunity to convert to full time after contract


Requirements:


  • Must have at least one full year of paid time working as an OR Scrub Tech with orthopedic cases, to include all of the above listed cases.
  • Must be able to scrub all listed independently and comfortably
  • Experience must be in an US outpatient facility within the past 3 years
  • Must have AHA BLS
  • ASAP start preferred
  • Must speak English fluently
  • Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic
  • 90 day contract, then may lead to full time position
No nights, no weekends, no call. Outpatient facility


Must be able to pass a criminal check as well as a drug screen, and have current TB skin test (from within the past year).

Priority RN pays for UDS and crim check.

They are open to having you convert to their full time employee as well.
